How do I order a Bin Better unit?

Why is delivery and installation free?
Our teams work area by area, so we leaflet drop first then come back and deliver and install. Focusing in one area keeps our costs down and we pass this on to our customers in the form of free delivery and installation.
Unfortunately, if we are not covering that area we will need to cover the additional costs and will charge a fee of £75.00.

Do I need to be home for the delivery?
No, we will not disturb your day. Just leave your bins in the location that you want your new storage unit and we’ll take care of the rest.
If you have security gates let us know and we will need to contact you to arrange access on the day. Our team will message when they are 30-minutes away.
Do the storage units come with instructions?
Once delivered and installed we will send an email to confirm our completion. The email will contain any special instructions if needed, but generally our storage units are pretty self-explanatory, i.e. just lift to access, and lower to lock (especially the Twotone range)
How do I know I've chosen the right storage unit?
Many of the product details contain the configuration and sizing details, but don’t worry, once we receive your order we will clarify everything on a WhatsApp message to make sure we construct exactly what you are looking for.
