How do I order a Bin Better unit?

We offer two streamlined paths to enhancing your driveway:

Instant Reservation: Select your configuration and color finish in our Online Shop. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your specifications and schedule your priority installation date.
Personalised Consultation: Click the WhatsApp icon to speak directly with an installation specialist. We can discuss your specific driveway layout, confirm our earliest availability, and provide a direct link to secure your date.

Do I need to be home for the installation?

We value your time. As long as our team has clear access to your driveway or designated bin area, you do not need to be present. We deliver, assemble, and position your unit to perfection, leaving your driveway looking flawless. We even take the packaging with us—leaving you with nothing but a beautiful result.

Can you match the color to my existing gates or front door?

Absolutely. While our Signature Palette (Charcoal Black, Slate Grey, Natural Timber) is designed to complement modern architectural trends, we offer a bespoke color-matching service. Our goal is a seamless integration that enhances your home’s curb appeal rather than distracting from it.

How easy is it to use on a daily basis?

We designed the “One-Action” lid system for effortless, one-handed operation. The bin lid attaches internally to the timber lid, meaning you can dispose of waste without ever touching the wheelie bin itself. It is a hygienic, heavy-lifting-free experience.

Do the storage units come with instructions?

Once delivered and installed we will send an email to confirm our completion. The email will contain any special instructions if needed, but generally our storage units are pretty self-explanatory, i.e. just lift to access, and lower to lock (especially the Twotone range). We will also send you a before and after picture; just in case you feel like adding to our ‘swipe and see’ reviews.

Will my specific council bins fit inside?

Our units are engineered to house standard UK wheelie bins (up to 240L). Whether you require a 2, 3, or 4-berth configuration for your recycling and general waste, our dimensions ensure a snug, rattle-free fit that completely conceals the plastic “eyesore” from view.

How does the Bin Better store withstand the British weather?

We use premium, pressure-treated timber specifically selected for its durability. Each unit is hand-finished with protective Tung Oil, a natural treatment used in high-end cabinetry that provides superior water resistance while allowing the wood’s natural grain to shine. Unlike standard store-bought units, a Bin Better store is built to age gracefully alongside your property.

Why is delivery and installation free?

Our teams work area by area, so we leaflet drop first then come back and deliver and install. Focusing in one area keeps our costs down and we pass this on to our customers in the form of free delivery and installation.

Unfortunately, if we are not covering that area we will need to cover the additional costs and will charge a fee of £75.00, but if you’ve received a leaflet through your door, then we are in the area, so no charge.
