Warranty Agreement

Duration:
This warranty agreement is valid for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.

Coverage:
This warranty exclusively covers the following defects in materials and workmanship:

1. Hinges and Catches:

   • Any breakage or malfunction of the hinges and catches as a result of normal use.

2. Wooden Components:

   • Any detachment of wooden components not attributed to misuse, excessive force, or improper installation.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover the following:

1. Wear and Tear:

   • Normal wear and tear, which includes minor scratches, dents, or fading related to regular use.

2. Storm or Collision Damage:

   • Any damage resulting from natural events such as storms, wind, hail, floods, or collisions with other objects.

3. Natural Wood Deterioration:

   • Any natural changes in the wood, such as fading, warping, cracking, or splitting, that occur over time.

4. Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations:

   • Any damage caused by repairs or alterations made without prior authorization from the manufacturer.

Claims Procedure:
To make a claim under this warranty, the original purchaser must contact us with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. If requested, photographic evidence or an inspection may be necessary to verify the claim.

Limitations:
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components at the discretion of the manufacturer. No reimbursement for labor costs, shipping, or other expenses is provided.

Legal Rights:
This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
